LT is committed to our customers as a dependable and secure Software as a Service (Saas) provider that is focused on minimizing risk, increasing value, maintaining service availability and safeguarding customer privacy and data security. It is important to a financial institution to know that its information is private and secure. We have therefore, invested heavily in the development and independent review of a broad range of security related infrastructure and processes.
Our security architecture prevents unauthorized users from gaining access to sensitive information. Through formal policy and procedure, written to comply with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, all activities are guided to protect our customers’ information.
As a SSAE 16 type II audited company, we have a policy in place regarding internal controls. All daily procedures are carefully scrutinized through audit processes to verify that internal controls are in place, followed and reported. Our audit report addresses all five components of internal control outlined in the Sarbanes-Oxley legislation, namely the control environment, risk assessment activities, control activities, information and communication systems and monitoring activities. Materials that summarize these efforts are contained in our Compliance Packet, updated annually and available to all of our direct customers.
In addition to the SSAE 16 audits, LT regularly undergoes examination by the FFIEC.
